Sissipahaw Traditional Archers is a private traditional archery club and local chapter of the North Carolina Bowhunters Association. The club's range and facilities are located in Burlington, NC. Members reside all over the piedmont area of NC. Club membership is $55 per year which includes NCBA dues. New members are urged to join in January and February in order to sync with the due date for the club's NCBA dues. Prospective members must complete an application and must be sponsored by an existing club member. Prospective members that are not acquainted with an existing member have the opportunity to get to know members at the three tournaments hosted by Sissipahaw per year. Among the other benefits of the range members enjoy half price shoot fees on tournament days. A target range for members remains open all year long. Members are encouraged to promote trad archery by supporting the club during tournaments and work days. There is plenty to do on a tournament day and still ample oppurtunity to shoot the range with your friends.
